Question regarding AWS / Affiliate Amazon / Autoblogging

Dear warriors,

I am looking for an answer regarding what is propably a very newbish question .

I'm a currently getting involved in Roger Rowe's Autoblog WSO. He offers a plugin (which seems to be awesome by the way). The problem I am facing is the following:

The Wordpress plugin needs 2 keys which can be obtained from an Amazon Web Services account. However this service is not related to Amazon Affiliate (2 different sites / 2 differents accounts : aws.amazon.com & affiliate-program.amazon.com). The first one involves costs for the user whereas the second regards earnings (% on sales).... I don't get it, are they really two different things? If I subscribe to aws only, I don't see where it is possible to earn a % on sales/CPC.

Regarding amazon affiliate and autoblogging: Registering an account requires the user to describe the website where he's getting the traffic from. Is there a way to associate multiple blogs to one amazon affiliate account ? If yes how many blogs do you think should be linked to one account? (the same way it is more preferable to have several adsense accounts, does amazon work the same way?)

My questions are probably tedious and really newbish.. I would really appreciate that someone lightens things up in my mind .
