Question for 2Checkout Users

Hi guys,

I applied for a 2checkout account 10 days ago & still no response from them! They were supposed to approve & activate my account within 72 hours, but neither they approved yet, nor they asked any further question.

My site is active. I've already put a privacy policy, refund policy and terms & conditions on my website, as required by 2Checkout. Even I sent a ticket for this issue 24 hours ago, but still no response even for the ticket!

Now I'm really stressing out. I've to start selling ASAP. & I really don't understand why they're not responding.

Please tell me, is it normal or what?

    I think you need to contact them soon. They are the only who can solve this problem.
