Anyone use Precharge?

Search of the forums showed nothing for precharge.

For 7 to 10 cents a transaction, they claim to offer chargeback protection against fraudulent charges. The support person said they can integrate with paypal and will cover virtual goods. She didn't seem the most confident in those answers, and while their sales department is supposed to be open till 7 ET, seemed they took off at 5 ET. So need to wait till Monday to speak to someone.

BBB gives them an A+. Does seem a bit too good to be true though.

So, anyone have experience with them? They as wonderful as they sound?

No, I haven't used them. I did speak with someone from their company and got a price quote on how much they would charge to insure purchases and it was just too much to justify. The ToS had also a lot of language in it that didn't leave me feel safe signing.
