Im creating a new product and so far have found about 15 low competition high volume phrases would this be an adaquate amount to target or should i have more?

Everyone will have a different opinion on this--here's mine:
There really isn't a concrete answer for this. There's a chance that the fifteen low competition, high volume keywords that you've already selected--are duds. Then-again, they can also be winners. I hate to be the Internet marketing broken record--but--the only way to know if the amount, quality, or effectiveness of a keyword is any good--you'd have to test them. On the other hand--I certainly believe that starting out with the fifteen, carefully chosen keywords that you already have--is a great starting point. |

test
test test some more. i have several campaigns which have 99% of sales coming from less than 15 of the keywords. but i'd have tested 5000 to find the 15. and many times, the 15 that end up bringing in all the business are not the 15 i would have chosen. test. test. let google do the work to find the traffic for you. |
