Membership website & conversions

I have been running my website for 1 year now.

In the first year we have had over 300k visitors and 1m page views.

we also run a magazine which has over 1 million members per year.

The site traffic is growing rapidly and would now like to start monetizing the site.

Looking for some recommendations of members who can help with building memberships & website conversions.

The website has serious potential and with the right warrior on board could easily attract 100k members.
