Are you just looking for a all round "which one is better"?

Is there a reason why you cant use both? or are you only interested in the one article directory?

Are you just looking at which one is more popular?

Tim, he is looking for feedback. If you don't have any experience with either of the services, please don't litter the thread.

        Well ...

What about my observation that using either may be very ill-advised, because there's overwhelmingly more to lose than to gain, with Google "Penguin penalties" and worthless backlinks anyway. Is that "littering the thread"? I don't know ... maybe it is?

I'm not trying to be funny, here. I know my post may be unwelcome, to some, but that doesn't make it any less true or any less relevant.

I've already "reported" one stupid post in this thread, myself (which was immediately deleted).

I don't want to make a "littering" one, in its place.

I'm not directly answering the question, I must admit, but it remains true that using either of these services might make Google, with its new post-Penguin-update algorithm, dramatically penalize or even de-index your site. If you read the many other recent threads on this subject in this forum, you'll find some links to Google sites on which they've explained very openly and clearly that their intention is to penalize Webmasters who use these kinds of services. And there are plenty of threads here in which Warriors state that they have been penalized and that Google has told them openly by email that that's why.

So in that sense, there's not really much to think about here, is there? It doesn't matter which of those two is better, does it?

In another sense, of course, there's everything to think about (and preferably change one's mind about!), if one starts from the perspective that the backlinks produced by either of those were ever likely, in late 2012, to have any real value at all, anyway ...

I actually like your post because you don't appear obnoxious like the other guy I was pointing to.

If you listen to Alexa up there, you'll go a far way. If you don't, try to diversify your backlink profile, and use these services with care.

    Good luck.

Well I use submityourarticle.com to get more backlinks. I submited one article yesterday and when I type the keyword that I use for my main blog/site with "", the article that I submitted on submityourarticle is already on page 3.
