Any new+consistent writing sites?

I'm currently using i-writer and constantcontent as my secondary income sources, but i'm wondering if there are any promising new writing sites available. I'm currently pushing about 20,000-30,000 words per week (speech to text...no way my wrists could handle that raw), but sometimes theres only 10,000-20,000 available and i'm stuck bored.

thanks,
-adam

Throw up your own site mate, there's no reason you need to be giving these people a cut. Develop your marketing muscles a bit, and you'll be handsomely rewarded for that much output.

It is easier said than done. Getting more $/article than CC isn't easy.

It is if you don't solely focus on Internet Marketers .

Yeah, i'm using dragon 11 for writing, and i'll be upgrading to 12 premium when i have $400 that isn't accounted for. it's hard to say what i'm making per month because the last few months since i started have been rocky, as a lot of life issues have prevented me from dedicating myself to work. I could easily be pushing $800-1,300 on about 20 hours a week though.

I will my primary love in life is guitar though, so I'm patiently setting up a site for that first and will be moving towards independent content generation later. I still like having a work pool though.

absolutely, CC payouts are fantastic but can take time. great mid-term investment, poor short term investment (which is bad for me presently, because i need ~$5,000 in a 2 month span to get my own place).

internet marketers are the easiest way to make money though. sometimes i can tell who's looking for spin fodder, and i won't even try that hard to make something of great quality. sometimes they'll tell me straight up that it's going to get spun 10+ times...easy money.

potential clients are an absolutely different story. i'd much rather invest an extra 20 minutes in polishing up a short article than not be supremely confident that it's going to resonate with them. i'd much rather live in the .03-.08 cents per word range than deal with chump change articles from the cheap *******s that expect a ferrari for $10,000

I disagree. Find real clients, write less content for more money, keep those clients (because they don't go out of business on a weekly basis like IMers do), spend less time marketing.

            You do you though .

^^^^ 100% Right...I wish I would have read that when I started out.

Ditch the freelance sites that are taking a cut out of your work. You'll be amazed what a portfolio and a simple WP site (With a little marketing) will do for you.

With the amount of product you can supply, imagine what your ROI would be if you had clients that are not only consistent but will pay you what you're worth?

Ya, then you can easily get more than CC. But it isn't common for somebody who isn't in the non IM niche to order huge amounts of content, and that too on a regular/long term basis.

We're obviously targeting different webmasters/clients then if you can't find large orders.
And CC should be viewed as a practice site and backup source of income. Nothing more. You need to go out and get your clients.

writing is something that i'm doing to work on my own writing abilities for later on down the road. i definitely prefer that, but IM clients are typically $.50-1.00 per minute those orders unfortunately only last about 10 minutes and are a bit harder to come by. the majority of my work is for clients.
