Launching a WSO?? Advice needed

Hello everyone

I have just recently joined the Warrior Forum and upgraded myself to a war room member and I want to get the maximum benefits that this forum has to offer. Apologies if I do or say anything wrong as I am new and still learning how to get about.

I've just started internet marketing properly couple of months back, meaning that I am one of Lee Mcintyre's mentoring clients and started building my sales funnel in the IM niche. I have launched my first audio product with Lee Mcintyre on Clickbank called Rapid Product Creation Unleashed.

Just want to know if it will be a good idea to launch it as a WSO as-well?

Any advice on how to make the most out of the warrior forum will be greatly appreciated as-well.

Any product that has valuable information should be shared as a WSO, I mean, we could definitely use some products of value in there as of lately.

As for making the most out of the Warrior Forum, you can associate yourself with the forum by answering questions or even asking questions if you're curious about something. The search function will obviously be your friend when you have a basic question that's been searched thousands of times before like "how do I start making money online."

We see WAY too many of those threads. Read all of the stickies in the given sections to make sure you're abiding by the forum rules and more importantly: make sure you're posting quality information.

I can't stand it when people post things like this:

    "Thanks for this information"
    "I agree with *name*"
    "Lol, couldn't have agreed more"
    "This is a good question"

    Come on, really?

Definitely, Go with a PRODUCT that you have created and tested. If it can provide great value to others then share it out.

But as Corey mentioned there has been a ton of thread on WSO offers already. You have to position your product to be something that will "needed" by your customers. Not just another ebook, or digital download that collects digital dust.

Try posting a FREE WSO or a PAID WSO to attract JV partners and build your list as well.

Interesting - so you just started and have created 1 product and launch a product on product creation?? Hmmmm.....

Ideally you would have built some level of expertise, experience and success before writing the product about writing the product...

It's not usually considered good form here to start a new thread that gives the appearance of promoting something you're advertising in your signature.

Just want to know if it will be a good idea to launch it as a WSO as-well?
Read the WSO rules first -- your product has to be something you created yourself, not an affiliate product you're selling.

Apologies if I came across that way but just wanted to introduce myself and give an overview on what I've done so far!

May I ask how much money have you made so far using the strategy you are planning to sell as WSO?
If you can't answer this simple question then you have no business selling any WSO at an early stage unless it is all about software/programming products or services.

Don't know what are the rules of WSO. But I would give you an advice to better provide a PROOF of how much sales you generated using that Rapid Product Creation Unleashed. Otherwise people will think you are just advertising their product. And you have not been here for a long.

    Hi Mo,

Yeah I would suggest that you at least wrote the product yourself and you are not using someone else's product.

It also helps if you are seen as a seasoned member of this forum and are part of the community and have been very helpful to fellow members in the past as this can boost your response rate to a WSO you have produced.

If you feel this product is 100% unique to you and it can benefit many people here at the W.F. then use it to at least build a list of subscribers so you can further develop relationships with that list and market to them further down the line.

Hope this helps and let us know how you get on and good luck my friend!!!

You can give it a shot, but reputation goes a long way here and you have no reputation here. It pays to contribute to the discussions here and build a reputation before selling a WSO. A lot of people ignore that advice completely and some do ok with sale, but people are more prone to buy from those they both like and trust.

Given the above, I do still wonder how much value a product has on product creation from someone who has just now created one product and isn't sure how well it will sell yet.

Thanks everyone for giving me the low down on when to launch a WSO. Just wanted to give you an idea where I am so everyone can advise me according to my position. Hopefully as a new member I will work on to give value on this forum and build good relationships with fellow warriors.

If you have the same offer listed on CB, I think you have to make sure you give warriors a deal on it, so they get a better price then it's actually selling for. I'm not 100% if that's a rule for WSO's or if it's more of a common courtesy thing to do... anyone know?

Either way... it does create proof for a price reduction and would be a great angle in the copy.

I would say go for it as well, if you created it..then give it try. I've seen my fair share of WSO's of people who didn't have a reputation and they still sold product & had great reviews. Like stated above..if you feel it will add value to the forum and help members..go ahead. The only way to understand how this machine works is to get your feet wet. Learn what does & does not work..head to the drawing board with the information gathered and come back strongerjust my 2cents

    • I would definitely build up a post count and contribute to the forum, help others out with questions that you know the answers to...and THEN launch your WSO. And remember, affiliates are the name of the game until you build your own list. Cheers.

Usually, bolding and italicizing are done for emphasis, as if to say: make sure you don't miss this key paragraph!

Maybe you didn't intend it, but I always think when I see posts where this is done "why does this person think his/her post is the most important post here, requiring extra emphasis?"

I could be wrong, but I've never asked before, and occasionally run across this strange phenomenon, so if you don't mind answering: why on earth did you bold and italicize your post? (And isn't it kind of contradictory to then humble yourself at the end with the "just my 2cents", also in bold italics?)

I'm not sure I understand; is this your product where you interviewed Lee on the subject of "how do I create a product rapidly"?

If so, I think it might be a good way to get started, because I think it's okay to sell a product on how to do something you yourself are no expert at, as long as you did a good job of the grunt work of putting it together, and the person whose brain is being picked is a good expert themselves. A lot of people launch that way; developing their expertise and market at the same time by pairing up with someone far more advanced.

However, I agree with others; a lot of people won't want to buy from someone with a low post count who admits to being a newbie. You might to better to partner up with another more experienced WSO seller, and offer it as part of a package with them, or an OTO.

Matt is right also: if you are selling it on Clickbank, or anywhere, it has to be cheaper here than anywhere else; that's the "S" part of WSO. And it would be a great sales angle if the price difference was great enough.

I agree that you really need to be familiar with the WSO section first to do well. For example, if you spend time in there, you'll see plenty of WSOs where the sales copy states that it will only be $17 for a brief time, then will go up to $97 on Clickbank. Numbers vary, but it isn't uncommon for the stated difference to be huge, even a factor of 10 sometimes.

I suggest clarifying some things so people can give you more focused advice, like, what is your goal for the WSO; your main reason for wanting to launch one?

Hey when releasing a WSO, you should always think about giving 100% commission. Call me crazy but trust me affiliates love this, and also you get to build a "BUYERS LIST" which is very important in every business.

Hey man welcome to the WF, nice to meet you I'm also a newbie in here, but not making money, my advice for you is that launch that WSO, I'll do it once I finish writing my e-book. I have read threads in the WSO. And they are making like 50k with one e-book and I'll launch like 5, What I mean is that is a great oportuinitiy to make fast money for your knowledge BUT... if you are planin' to launch a fake system let me tell you: you'll just lose REP, money, and credibilitiy.
    sincerely,
    John
