Resale Rights Package with PaySpree and MailChimp

I recently bought a Master Resale Rights package and I'm not sure about a few things and was wondering if someone could help me out with it.

When you have a 2 index.html documents (1 being the Squeeze Page and the other being the Sales Page) which one goes first? Which one do you leave as just index.html?

After that, what is the flow of how to edit and FTP your site to your server. I've watched 2 different videos both with different ideas on how to do this so I was just wondering what you guys think since you probably do this a lot.

My package also has an Affiliate Page so I'm using PaySpree as my affiliate program. Do I get the button code from them or do I get it from PayPal?

I'm at a loss. Do you upload all of your pages first or edit them? The last videos I watched (1 did it the first way and the other the 2nd way)?

And what do I rename my Sales or Squeeze page if it's not being used as the .html page?

Also, I have MailChimp as my autoresponder. Don't you change the name of your Thank You page so people can't get access to your product.

I'm just really confused on the flow of things. If someone has a good handle on how they've been doing it and wouldn't mind sharing it with me, I would greatly appreciate it!!

Thanks for listening,

moneychain

      I would avoid FTP

I think these packages often just complicate things unnecessarily

just create a simple squeeze page in wordpress, get the button from your autoresponder for list sign-ups and pay button from paypal (if item is not free) and then when they sign up or pay just send them a link to wherever the ebook/plr stuff is - easy peasy and set up a simple little thank you page on your site and again redirect them to this using the autoresponder

also you can hide the squeeze page and thank you page from showing up on your site in wordpress too for people who haven't subscribed

don't overdo things, just keep the process straightforward to begin with

rename the page in wordpress according to whatever the product is
      Signature
Get your grubby hands on a revolutionary content-grabbing Wordpress plug-in now?? Oh and it's FREE for a limited time only!!!

I never thought to do it that way. Maybe I'll give it a try. Your right it is complicated as Hell!
