I need contact form, privacy policy and what else? btw What I should use to generate privacy policy?

About us, sitemap, TOS (if you are selling something or site has log-in) and whatever you want to add.

I used freeprivacypolicy[dot]com several times. They are OK but will send you spam later

  Now how are they sending you spam later? You used their policy and used it under their terms. I almost bet those terms included future mailings to you.
