Selling Reports: Your personal experience with conversion rates

Hello.

For anyone that has sold at least 1 short report (something in the $10 to $12 range, maybe a little lower) I'd like to know your experience with conversion rate %. If you've also so full priced products in your IM life (say $40++), it'd be nice if you can tell your conversion rate % history with those also.

I've read that short reports can nab a conversion rate that's much higher than "normal" due to bargain price, so I was just wondering you guys personal experiences.

*Disclaimer: I know full and well conversion rate depends on 1,000 different factors. I'm not asking anyone to look into a crystal ball, just asking from your personal experiences / history. That's it.

Thanks

Why not just create your own report and sell it? Then you know for sure. Maybe you'll get a nice surprise. Or maybe you'll even learn something about product creation, delivery, sales pages and copy writing, building a list, becoming a successful marketer...

Stop asking and find out for yourself. That is the only way you'll ever succeed. If more people just did something rather than buy products or ask for "useless" opinions/feedback, there'd be a lot more successful marketers out there.

Conversion rate depends on your message to market match.

If you do respect their beliefs, expectations and provide value you should sell easy.

However if you are trying to convince them to go against their beliefs then you won't sell much at all.
