Different contact methods? What do you prefer?

I'm setting up a way for people to contact me to ask questions about a specific market. I'm trying to figure out what the best (most favorable) method would be. So far I have these methods in mind.

1. Simply a page with my email address on it.
2. An email submit form.
3. A help desk.

So far I am leaning towards the help desk. Less spam and easier to track a conversation.

Have I missed any good methods? Personally what form of contact method do you prefer?

I use zendesk for a couple of reasons...
    You can setup
    Forum
    Support articles
People can upload video when they submit a ticket

An email support is my suggestion. This is to lessen spam emails. But if you'd like to have a help desk which is also good option for your customer's convenience.

Thanks for everyone's input. I decided to install osTicket on a domain and use email pipping. This way people can ask me questions using their preferred contact method.

They can use both the browser based help desk or send an email to the help desk to start a ticket (aka question).

Figured this method should keep most people happy.
