RTB Media Buying Help

I began using Site Scout a few days ago, and I am just not finding good traffic. Right now I suspect it is my banners that suck. Can anyone point me to the right direction when it comes to picking out the traffic sources? Right now I am looking for cheap CPMs and high impressions per day when picking the sources.

    What is your goal?

    The key to sitescout is getting a high CTR and low CPM but these facts mean nothing if they do not convert.

    Tell us a bit more about your goals and perhaps I can give some advice on sources

    Those goals sound appropriate enough, additionally my goal is to monetize these users directly on my site through a coreg path after sign up. After signup they will also be subscribed to my newsletter, branded as the same website they signed up on, and offering valuable material related to the niche.
