Looking for a wordpress theme and plugins

Hi all,

The search option is giving me a hard time again. I´m starting to think I really don't know how to use it properly. I'm looking for a suitable theme and plugins to do the following:

- The site is gonna be fed with user generated content. I'm thinking of managing that by making it a membership site even if the membership is free. Perhaps the "price" could be signing up to my mailing list.

- I want other users to rate the content the publishers upload as it will be parto of a competition.

- I want a variety of monetization ways: Adsense, Amazon, Ebay auctions, Affiliate and later on my own product/s (thats like at least six months down the line though)

- I could do with the ability to track traffic to each piece of content but most importantly I'd like to be able to measure how much money is each piece making as I could make the creators of consistent money making content part of my team of featured writers.

I know it sounds like a lot but Steve Jobs said to dream bigger
