Quick help for new email marketing campaign

Hi members,

I want get into a new email marketing campaign. I'm new to this field but I know little about how can I collect good number of targeted emails.

For the starting phase, I've planned to giveaway my eBook which I sold previously (related to making money online). The number of sales it received was really great, but I'm not sure if it's good to offer my eBook as a gift to my new subscriber.NO-

So I want to know offering my eBook would be good or not.

Would it work out? How should I offer it and how can I get started?

I've also planned it to let people know that I'm offering the eBook for free through some targeted source.

Want to hear answer/suggestion/idea from you guys

    You said you sold that ebook before...for how much? If I was in your position, I'd take a few chapters out of the book and create a free report out of them and then say something like "if you liked what you read and want the full course, get it here [link]". Something along those lines. I wouldn't give the whole product away for the opt-in unless you have some higher-ticket backend products in place that you're going to promote via your autoresponder emails.

    Yes, you can give out the ebook for an email. Build a list, that's very important and make great relationship with people on it. But you need to have another one for selling. Video course or something similar. You can also sell affiliate products to them.
