The following method requires less than $15...you'll see why:

1) Hop on a product launch
2) Buy a domain based on product name (about $1 for .info, $10 for .com) and get
hosting ($0.01 at hostgator for first month with coupon)
3) Build review blog and post once every 2-3 days.
4) Do social bookmarking and SEO (and RSS feeds, lenses, etc.)
5) Create bonus offer
6) Hopefully rake in the cash

I have two words for you: Freelance Writing.

I would hire a warrior to build a website for a local dentist I know thats looking for one in the $1,000 price range! And then split the cash 60/40-wink wink...

You all have some interesting ideas. All good and doable. I'd try to do affiliate marketing with a high priced product and some articles with redirects from an old domain I am not using that is somewhat related and see what happens. Or try and jump on a big product launch and try to sell one unit....or....

Why not spend two hours searching the warrior forum for a problem to solve, then solve it cheaply and do a low priced WSO?

You know you have a buying market here, if you tap the right problem.

Go to Survey Monkey, sign up for a free account and that gives you a ten question web survey.

Make sure one of the questions asks for a name and an email address so you can follow up with respondents (your first steps towards a list).

WSO costs $20 to launch.

You have not said whether you have any budget so two options:

1. With a small budget, hire writer to write something that addresses the problem you've picked and qualified with the free survey.

2. With no budget, take 2-3 days to research the top ten things relating to that particular problem, compile report and sell it.

$10 report x 60 sales = Success.

If the report is of high quality (which it should always be) and in a popular niche I would have a One Time Offer with PLR rights to the report for say an extra $17.

Now you only need say 25 sales to reach your $600 and cover pay pal fees.

Firs, I would start making my own blog. Then, put it in my signature for me to have visitors on my blog. Then, I will offer myself services to others to come up with more than $600 a month or a week.

I would definitely sign up to a CPA network first; this will leverage my earning ability! i would then predominantly use Adwords and Adbrite to generate 'instant' traffic. So, I would use the money on PPC costs to generate more income!!!
