HELp really urgent - How do I hide a site?

I have found a temporary workaround, so not urgent any more. Apologies for this post.

I have stuffed up one of my sites really badly. Can anyone tell me how to hide it from view from everyone? I'm sure there was a setting in WP that used to do this, now can only hide from SEs.

Any help much appreciated!!

    Just remove site's name Servers at your registrar, and all is gone.
    Still, there may be a "footprint" left for ever if the WayBackMachine spidered your site...
