Hi Fellow Warriors! Having spotted a target market -- People who want to sell info/PLR products online but they fail and don't know HOW to do it -- I decided to create a program teaching how to effectively choose a good PLR/Info product, start selling in in a place where they don't have to focus on traffic (since that's the biggest issue for them!) and start earning nice income. But then in one thread recently we were talking about eBook creation etc, and I mentioned that people love video eBooks and they're not difficult to create. One of the members asked -- Do you know any good manuals on this? This instantly made me realize -- It would be another great product idea - A manual teaching how to create Video eBooks - create content, order voice over, create video slides and put everything together using even free software, set up delivery system and plus people graphic templates with the product as well (for delivery system). My current pre-launch website for the PLR/Info product program is here: http://auctiondigibiz.com/ Please could you comment WHICH product idea you think would be more useful -- Program teaching how to sell PLR/Info products online OR Program teaching how to create superb video products that would look like this: http://auctiondigibiz.com/3Dcover_530Shiny.jpg Your help much appreciated in advance! Robert P.S. I understand that the difference is in the target market as well - the second product would be great for IM people more than the first one, wouldn't it? |

Agreed.... Why not do both? Would be easy to cross-sell or up-sell when someone is buying either one. |

From my experience I would market the "teaching how to sell PLR/Info products online program." I have members ask me quite often, "What's the best way to sell PLR products?" So I think you will do really well with that program. Of course, like the others said you could always do both and cross promote. Mark | |

| Yes, sure you're right. But then which one I'd be better off which starting with - which one you think would have bigger potential in terms of market reach, CR etc.?

| You could work on one and then the other, like others have stated it's difficult to ascertain which will be more profitable untill you've tested them. It would be a good idea to outsource any work you don't have time to do.

Hi Robert, I choose "Program teaching how to sell PLR/Info products online." But it still depends on the market. People with existing products want a step-by-step guide to earn from what they already have. I think the video creation program would do well for those who already have some experience in IM, and want to take it one step further. |

Hi, I choose "Program teaching how to sell PLR/Info products online." I think there could be a larger gap in the market for this product because so many people buy PLR or already own alot of PLR but they just don't know what to do with it all. You may also want to teach how to find high quality PLR products and also how to use them in your existing online businesses. You might also want to show people how to build a list fast with PLR and how to generate traffic for your existing businesses with PLR reports etc. Just some ideas. paul |

Think outside the box. Develop the PLR tutorial using the video eBook format. |

Hi Robert, I would say do the how to sell PLR/info products first. I myself could have used that info when I was starting and I know newer marketers could really use that kind of thing Creating videos is awesome as well, but when your new to the business making videos seems hard to do and might overwhelm some people. I think you will get a better response with the other one Best Wishes, Daris Page |

Teaching PLR I think would be benificial. However, I do think that both ideas are really great. Why not try to do both? Try to make a video about PLR maybe? Just my opinion there... |

Hey Robert, Out of the two I would chose the PLR product. But why not use the video ebook product as an upsell or OTO? But if you NEED to know one or the other I would go the PLR product. Cheers, Tristan |

I think that the guide to creating video e-books is the more interesting and marketable of the two ideas. Too many people try and work on more than one project at the same time, and it usually means that both projects suffer. I would definitely concentrate on one of these or the other and get that product going before taking on a second. It will work out more successfully in the longer term. |

I would go with the first personally - it seems to be more straightforward

Why not line them up as front end and backend? Just position yourself well and plan your sales page well. Cheers, John |
