They usually give you a reason why. Your website looks ok. Must be your keyword selection or you've been problematic before?

How do you "sell spam"? Never had this problem with Adwords but did with Adcenter, call them, ask for the reason. On Adcenter, I called and I had a manager collect documentation about the business and send it to some kind of committee who decided if it was ok or not. Seriously.

Template or pre-generated "ready made" sites

    Not allowed

Google doesn't allow template or pre-generated "ready made" sites intended to profit from AdSense ads or ads from other publisher networks.
Got this from the link they emailed you. I would personally just use bing ads for this, they probably won't care.

They have spelled it out for you: you are selling spam and that's against their guidelines. The way to get accepted is to stop selling spam.

I mean, you are basically doing word press install, installing a template you purchased, uploading a bunch of content you have stored away or spun or whatever specifically for AdSense. IMO it fits into EXACTLY what they don't allow. Now I have nothing against what you are doing but there is no way in hell Adwords will run you after checking out their policy and your site.

You can either try and cheat them with redirects which is a partial solution to it which I explained in this post: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...l-network.html

    OR

You can get your traffic elsewhere and I would suggest Bing ads since you are trying to do PPC.

Sorry it has to be that way but thus is the way of the world!

I get tons of paid conversions on Bing and 7Search. I do believe 7Search to be of lower quality but I actually get significantly better quality leads and purchases through Bing PPC on a keyword for keyword campaign match. But overall I feel they are almost exactly the same in quality.

You may want to look at your campaign, my guess is you would get the same results you were getting with Bing with Adwords... except blow through your spend faster... just a guess!

    Seriously?

You have a website selling backlinks. The Google corrections are in response to what it sees as gaming the SERPS with backlinks. So no, Google is not going to let you advertise such services via AdWords.

If you are an SEO expert then why can't you naturally get your website to the top? :S

I agree with WeavingThoughts. You have the gun why you shouldn't utilize it for long term benefit.
