I see people offering discounts and cash backs on IM products, is this against terms and conditions?

    It depends on the vendor and the marketplace. Read the individual terms and conditions in play, and you'll know the answer.

    Without knowing the operating agreement that applies, there are two possible answers to your question...

    It isn't possible to answer this without reading the terms and conditions. They vary.

    At ClickBank, for example, discounts, cashbacks, cash-equivalents and vouchers are all forbidden in the TOS (but other bonuses, such as an additional PDF are allowed).

    What it depends on is the vendor's/retailer's TOS, though, rather than on the fact that they happen to be "IM products".
