We all get those spam from different stores such as wall mart and such. I'we been thinking of creating such site that will compare prices indicating where is the same product cheaper to buy (not talking about online buying). How much information can I use from one discount catalog? Can I copy the price of product? Can I copy the description of the product? The text should look like a description of the product and witch store offers the best buy. Any help is appricated Thanks |

Yes, you can copy the price. But copying the description can get tricky. However, you may be able to link directly to each separate description. You can also look over all available descriptions and combine them into one (in your own words). All the best, Michael |

As per fair use terms, you can quote the price in a physical store, but you cant copy the description word for word.
