Okay everybody.

First off I would like to thank you for taking part in my bata test. This is what I want you to all do.

Step 1 - goto DINER VOICE
Step 2 - Create yourself a Customer Account
Step 3 - Create yourself a Visitor Account

Note -- do not use your real passwords since the will be visiable in the administration
area. Use something that you don't sue for your normal day to day operations.

Step 4 - Log into your customer account and create a survey. You will be asked to choose a membership plan. When you do this choose Credit Card as payment. Use a fake credit card number like 4111111111111111 or some random grouping of numbers. Don't use your real credit card. If you use the paypal account it will go to my programmers account and you don't want to do that. So for the demo just use credit card and generate a fake number.

Step 5 - I will be online to activate your account but if not just go into the admin area and active your account under the manage payments tab. But I should be online for the next few hours for this demo.

Step 6 - Create your survey. Choose as many questions as you wish for the survey.
Step 7 - Log out and log in as the visitor you created
Step 8 - pull up your survey and take the survey
Step 9 - log out or stay in and take the survey of other members
Step 10 - log into your customer account and review your results.
Step 11 - There is an affiliate link at the bottom of your sutvey. Copy this code and paste it into an html page and click on the link or put up a sample page and have people go and click on your link. It should bring you to the sign up / in page. After creating an account (if someone new) or logging into the account the user will be taken directly to your survey. - (Note - surveys can only be taken once by one person.)

Step 12 - You can create your own thank you pages, special day, birthday, anniversary pages and so on.

Admin area -
To enter the admin area goto - Survey System - Admin Panel
login info is admin admin
Feel free to go through this area and create your own surveys and questions. Create categories and everything else. just please don't change anything under settings tab.

I know that the site needs some design layout work but i am looking to get feedback on the overall script usage.

When complete please give me a complete review over the features and the script. Tell me what you like, don't like and any improvements.
Also could you tell me what you would pay for this script as a stand alone product or as a monthly service if you were to use it to run a survey site.
The only thing you prob won't be able to see is getting the special day, birthday and anniversary offer. These are custom areas that allow the people who took your survey to get special offers and deals that you can give on those special days. This is optional.
