Default What does Google call this..hub page? Authority site?

What's it called when the first result in Google has a mini sitemap under it like in the attached? I thought it was a Hub Page but apparently I'm wrong. I'm trying to learn some more about how whether a site qualifies for this or not is determined.

Indented Listing = basically means the site has internal pages that are ranking for the searched term.

Here's some interesting reading:

Google Double or Indented Listings | Andy Beard - Niche Marketing

Hi John

The image he posted is NOT an indented listing... it is a picture of sitelinks for an authority site listing in the SERPs.

An indented listing is like when two squidoo lenses are listed for the same term, one becomes indented.
