Can someone tell me how to add a youtube video to a post?

If you're importing it from another website, you can use the embed link they provide. Just open the html section of the post and insert the embed link into the post where you want it.

There are also several plugins that you can download for free from around the internet that make it easy to do as well.

If you are trying to post the video on this forum, just copy the url from Youtube, and paste it into the body of your post.

  Robert I do this all of the time...Go to youtube, copy the url...not the embed address. Come back to WF and in the body of the post, place the url, you dont need to add it as a link, just paste it. I will embed a video I did to show you...

  What mscherrah told you is correct, but it sounds as though you are using the Basic Editor for your posts.
  
  To check this, go into your user control panel, click on "edit options", then scroll down to "miscellaneous options". Make sure you select "Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Controls". Save your changes.
  
  Then try posting the YouTube URL again.

  Just paste the URL...the forum software does the "embedding"...
  
  Also, you can add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL and it will display in High Quality (if applicable)...

I'm having problems doing this too.... is it a post count issue? Or do I need to pay for some upgrade?
