hello, I have a problem:
all tld domains with keyword1keyword2.tld are already choosen.

So my question is, what numbers or letters can I put into my domain to make it unique but not looking spammy.

My idea is to hand a "s" between the two keywords:

keyword1skeyword2.tld

you guys think, google will rank this domain without penalty ?
Or is the domain without the "s" way more better?

Thank you!

As I understand it then the best way is to choice good domain name that you can "brand"
Keyword is not necessary today in domain name. Go for authorship.

Thank you , but what is in my case?

    Is keyword1keyword2.tld the same as keyword1skeyword2.tld ?

DOES this little letter "s" matter in the ranking by google?

If you are trying for an exact match domain, an added letter to the end of a domain doesn't count in the search engine's eyes. so if you want "dog.com" but that's taken, "dogs.com, dogz.com, dogr.com, etc... are all fine and still count as the root word of the domain.

Additionally, you can just add an extra word, although this tends to skew things a bit, but not dramatically.

I am also in agreement with the above on a brandable domain. Why?

Because first, you still have the keyword for SEO.

Second, it sounds more interesting/helpful to actual users.

Third, sometimes if you are using too narrow a domian, like howtogrowbigtomatoesin7days.com, what do you do if the niche is doing really well and you want to expand to green peppers or carrots? You've boxed yourself in. So just make sure your domain allows your site to "grow" if it ends up being a real winner.

Put a number after the word, i.e. keyword1keyword299.tld , it's one of the ways to get the top level domains if it's not available.

    • Just get the keyword in there somehow, is good advice. I like .com's.

If you have 2 words in a keyword, try using the hyphen...eg: keyword1-keyword2.tld
