Alibaba's Escrow Service

I was wondering if anyone has used Alibaba's escrow service, and how it went for you?

I had a great experience about a year ago using a supplier on Alibaba, but then shortly after got taken for about $5k, so escrow sounds like it might be a good way to go. Thanks.

    I didn't know Alibaba had an escrow service. A great site that your overseas suppliers should agree on using is escrow .com.

      Yes they have an integrated shopping service called aliexpress. They hold the money until you get the goods - so an inhouse escrow service. Not all manufacturers on albibaba are on it but there's a load in many sections.

    I've used it a few times and it works. They chase you to confirm delivery after you get the goods then release the funds to the seller.
