Question About Clickbank and MRR/PLR

Hey guys! I know I've been involved in online marketing for quite some time, but this is never something I actually tried.

I already sell products on Clickbank that I've personally authored and published.

I wanted to include additional products/sales within my clickbank vendor account.

My question is...are we allowed to sell other author's products that have Master Resale or Private Label Rights on there without fear of getting my CB account terminated?

I'm not too intelligent on this. Please help a brotha out
