I trust nobody....

I probably will never buy a website from a site like flippa... If I were to buy sites (I have done in the past) it would have to be from someone I know or at the very least can have a good conversation with prior....

Or look at the sites for sale and copy them and build them better

I wish there was a web site that I could rec. Basically flippa was great years ago. It was site point back in the day, but that seems so very far away. Right now, they are full of PR0 sites with no traffic as in zero. People with web sites to sell are holding on. Hey, I could unload a few of my sites to people who are serious.
