The truth about Internet Marketing, specifically about the the Make Money Online sector is this: It will never be overcrowded because people are always looking to buy the next product with the next pie in the sky technique for 'instant' cash and when this one doesn't work, they seem to think that the next "Make $xxx per day guaranteed" WSO will save them, and when that doesn't work they come across a 'new' program like the influx of Mav. Money M. spammers that started posting on the WF. Take one guess what happens next? When that doesn't work they search for the next quick fix. What makes this even more amusing is the fact that most of them are looking for quick fix income, however they rarely actually take any action on the 'quick fix, quick income' advice that the 100's of products they have purchased over the past year push. Overcrowded? Never. Lazy? Possibly. Caviar dreams with pool-boy effort? Definitely. (no offense to any pool-boys in the WF) The sad fact in the MMO 'niche' is if you have flashy graphics, a video or two (graphics and video sometimes not needed) and you are selling the right 'quick fix' at the right time, you will make a killing in the short term off the junkies looking for their next fix. I have kicked my habit, when are you going to? Best Regards, James Campbell |

James, this isn't only true in the MMO niche but it's true in life. Tina Tubbo wants to lose weight. Can't seem to do it. She reads about the next new diet fad and buys it. Of course she doesn't really stick to the program, or the fad itself is just a bunch of BS. And when that doesn't work for her, she moves on to the next one. Steve Skinny wants to build muscle on his non existent body. So he dishes out big bucks for all the latest weight training crap. After 6 weeks of hard work, that he really didn't do that much of, he's gone from 120 to 125 pounds. He's disgusted and moves on to the next quick way to build muscle. You're talking about human nature. If there is a problem that exists, you're going to have a segment of the population that is looking for a quick fix to that problem with the least amount of effort. And then you will have those few who understand that it's going to take some hard work to get the results that they want to achieve. So why should making money be any different? |

Hi Steve, I absolutely agree with you. Just wanted to keep it more on topic for the WF. Human nature appears to be our ATM. Crank it out and someone will buy it. Unfortunately so many people will crank out so many crap products that it makes people suspicious of you when you actually have a great product. Personally, I prefer long-term strategies for wealth creation, so this 'pie-in-the-sky' stuff isn't my cup of tea. I don't believe the market should be different than it is, I just feel that if you want to be successful you have to be different than the market. Which means (a marketer such as myself shouldn't be saying this), you should stop buying and start doing. You're right on the money about the other niches too, a lot of searching very little doing.
