Hundreds of domains, need suggestions

I have been buying domain names for many years, at one time I sold them using auctions and the once very good site at afternic ( prior to them selling ). I have several hundred now that I am not doing anything with however, I do not want to sell them as some are very-very good domains in specific niches.

I am looking for suggestions for parking services or some other way that I might begin to make some money with domains that I have no sites at....I am open to any/all suggestions.

Thanks in advance,
Enterpryzman

It's easy. Why do you park if you have an alternative. I was doing the domain parking before but it just gives me a few dollars a month each or sometimes none at all. What I did is I created contents using an article software and convert the PLR articles to make it unique or sometimes I outsource it then create a site based on that.

    hi there
I am in your boat, over 250 domain names here, my advantage being I can design, develop and resell them myself which saves on costs of course.

I have done this in the past with some good results:
Pick a few very good domain names and offer them for sale, then take the money from the sale and do 1 of a few things, in your case I'd recommend:
    • Buy a desktop website design program, simple drag and drop type of system and put together some quick websites with google ads,etc
    • Hire someone (like me! ha) to do clean simple layouts, basic header, footer, some highlight graphics and basic html layout with google ads. then turnaround and sell those domains with the website.
    • Buy PLR content like ebooks, etc and develop a site around it. As an example: I own siamesecatcenter.com so I bought several related PLR ebooks, I will develop the site and content, modify the ebook, and package it for someone who can use it.Not charging loads, just enough to recover time and cost.
    • If you have a niche site, search for those that market in that area and offer the domain name for sale to them specifically. I did that with a dating site domain I bought for 7.80 and sold it for 1200US
    • Step outside the usual, dont be afraid to approach bigger sites and companies with the opportunity, domain names are valuable real estate.
I know there is an expense to renew the domains every year, so i build according to what is expiring the soonest OR has recently had an upswing in interest.
    Happy building!

We're on the same boat but I didn't see you on the boat. Are you in front or back? Just kidding. I have more than 200 domains only and planning to add more. My advantage would be I can design and create a script.

Maybe it's our hobby to buy and sell good domains. Sometimes having hundreds of domains will let me think that it is really expensive when dealing with the renewals but if you are earning on those domains you will not think it that much. It is my frustration before because creating a wordpress site will eat my time mostly on adding plugins and setting it up.

I remembered selling a domain for about $2000 when in fact it's only $6.95 before. Maybe some will say it is too much but most of the targeted clients will say it is normal. That was the happy moment, when you have a sale on the domain you love but don't love it too much because it add another year of renewal for you.
