Dont know if this is the right place so admins pls move to the right section...I need guidance.

We continuously build blogs / sites, create new hosting accounts, more affiliate accounts, more ids and bank accounts. Everything is just... well more. Sometimes I simply forget where is what and sometimes i dont know why did they pay me ? Then I remember I joined n promoted their services some time back and i am their affiliate.

I am looking for a project manager.. currently I am using onenote 2010 because it sinks with my android device also so I can constantly update and view my plan of action and add new ideas that I might have. Earlier was using evernote app (still use it)

What I need is something which will tell me everything like -

- all my domains / hostings accounts

- list my accounts across various companies like affiliate accounts, maybe their projected / actual income

- i can manage my to-do things and make notes (something like onenote) take notes and overall business plans and layout (sort of blueprint and steps to take and follow)

- manage VAs and access their workings..

Some similar system / systems so that i can get an idea of my overall development and manage and plan everything. So I can access what is happening and why, what needs to be done and how to achieve the end result which is - more success

I will continue research on my part and let you know if I find find something worth mentioning.

So far i found basecamp and worketc.. havent touched yet but reviews are rave. dont know yet if its exactly what I need and will it replace any of my previous tools.

I have found and used the following for my personal project management:

MS Onenote 2010 (desktop and mobile)
Evernote (desktop and mobile)
Dropbox (cloud sharing / sycing)
Excel sheets for everything else (connected with onenote)

Looking forward to your guidance and support

Yes I would be very interested in any management recommendations too. There seems to be very little to none on this type of fundamental business management topic in the WSO's here, though I haven't had any time to explore the rest of this site yet.

I do not use any software for this. However, you are giving a good suggestion there for my next project. It might work.
