Hello all - I have created a series of emails using microsoft works. they are saved as .wps. I have a header/logo in each. When I copy and paste into webmail to send out, the headers don't show when email is opened. I don't want it sent as attachment, but just want a header in my email. Any help is appreciated. thank you. john

    1. Why aren't you using a email service provider?

    2. Make sure you have images turned on

It's hard to tell exactly why without looking at the email but you can check the file type and size and make sure it's compatible with the various email clients out there

  • Johnweyer,

This is a hurdle that many people face. I’m not sure if this relates to your issues but most email providers today will not automatically download images from a sender for security purposes. Even if the sender is listed as trusted, images can appear as attachments or users may be prompted to download images. The situation gets further complicated when users have email clients and aren’t even accessing email through the web. Many email clients like Outlook also don’t download images by default and prompt users to do it.

Here is some more info on the subject,

    Hope that helps you,
