Problems with Aff Products in Sales Funnels

Would it be alright if I copy someone's WSO sales page images, place my own affiliated button via JVZ or W+, and make my own sales page externally?

Is it allowed either with permission of owner or not?
Would the buttons work?

Thanks for your tips.

PS -- trying to make a funnel but with a few of someone else's products (affiliate).

How would you do it?

You will need to check with the owner...most likely they will not allow unless you have a plan to promote it and makes sales for them...

    Ellie,

Copying someone else's work/graphics/content without permission is copyright infringement. Not a good idea.

You need to check with the product owner whose products you are marketing whether you are allowed to have a sales page of your own.

My personal feeling is why would you need to if they have done all the work already.

Send the people on your list to their sales page using your affiliate link and if they buy, you get paid. Keep it simple.

      Di,

Thanks for your feedback. I have slightly changed my question. My intention wasn't about whether if it's ok to copy other people's stuffs.

My intention was trying to market other people's product with affiliate links in my sales funnel the way I'd like to.

So, what my question really was that, how can I put other people's product (affiliated) into my sales funnel with the ability to upsell and downsell -- because you see, if the visitor was sent to the WSO thread, or an external sales page of others, I'd lose that lead after that...

-- so, are there any way to solve this?

      Thanks again,
      Ellie

If you are his affiliate (he accepted your request), you can use his sales page and promo material to promote his product with your affiliate link on your website and other acceptable promotional places. PERIOD. He will be more than happy! Don't use it for other purposes though.

If you are not his affiliate, then you can't use it on your site without permission.

Ellie, spend some time looking at affiliate programs of top marketers. There are many programs which offer commissions of some percentage for several layers of their funnel. For example you get 100% of the front end offer, 50% of the OTO offer and maybe even a percentage of other offers. You sign to be their affiliate and you get commission for all levels through your links.

This can be even more profitable if you find someone with a monthly rebill product you can promote.
