The learning curve for IM is quite steep and females aren't into technical things. Which is why the industry doesn't appeal to many females. I think the concept is the same as to why some industries like engineering, construction, IT etc. are dominated by males. But i guess, females who are in the IM industry, would probably be darn gd at what they do in order to survive in a highly competitive, male-dominated circle, don't you think?  |
