At the end of the day both of you guys have to mail each other for the work you have accomplised for that day. This is a great idea...

    I'd never try this but breaking the habit of procrastination ... focusing on that.. helps a lot

    Also diet helps a lot. Staying away from fast food and making sure you eat through the day ..... something from each food group

    Let this be a lesson that you can outsource ANY part of your job.

    Lots of people get that they can outsource their copy or graphics work or whatever but as soon as you get outside that everyone seems to get confused. The concept is exactly the same. Do what you're good at and pay other people to do what you're not.

    If you need to focus, motivate and stop procrastinating, this is a perfect way to buy it for $8 an hour.
