I want to improve UVs on my site

I want to improve UVs on my site so would it be good to buy a package like this that says.

    Well, this depends on a lot of variables.
    First of all, without perfect onside SEO, it will be hard for you to rank,
    so if your onside SEO is not perfect yet, fix it before even thinking
    about offpage SEO.
    Second, 10 blog posts á 1000+ words for 150$ is a pretty high price,
    even if they are submitted to high PR pages.
    Third, "6 days only". Keep in mind, that link building should look
    naturally and by all means, 10 links in 6 days and then the rest of the
    month no single one, is not naturally, though it wont be that bad with
    only 10 links, just wanted to make that clear.
    Conclusion: I think, it is way better to go for full SEO plans and pay
    a little bit more maybe even go for per month SEO. You will get more
    for less money compared.

    It totally depends. I guess no one can give you an exact answer whether or not your $150 will be well spent.

    We have to take the quality of the blog post into consideration and also the 10 "top quality backlink" what's your definition of TOP quality backlink?

    For instance, let's say I'm in the dieting niche, and I have a backlink from a MMO niche.. I don't think that will be quality backlink even if it's PR 7.

    If you're doing guest posting or blog commenting in your related niche, and this 10 backlinks is merely to boost your link-juice (make it seems more natural) then by all means go ahead. But no one can tell you whether it's worth your money (not until few months from now).
