Newbie crawing for advice

Hey everybody,

I just recently discovered the possibility of making online by affilitating and etc. My plan is to make my income from affiliate programs such as Clickbank....I am new to the whole area, so I have no idea where to start. Can anybody tell me how to begin? I am thinking more about using seo... Any advice is welcomed and pls be easy on me

    Welcome to the forum.

    As someone who has been doing affiliate marketing for over 15 years all I can really say is to choose a model that keeps you motivated.

    Some people prefer to choose a product which is in demand and then work out how to market it. Others prefer to follow their passions and then see what products are available. The choice is yours.

      Dont rush in too quickly. Pick something that you think you can do and focus on it until you are doing it.

      Dont buy 10 different WSOs the first week in 10 different disciplines because you'll end up a master of none. You might end up a master of 10 eventually, but walk before you run.

      Also, try to enjoy it!

    Develop a sense of detachment or dispassion, if you will. Don't necessarily go for the product or service that YOU like or would want, but what the MARKET TELLS YOU OTHER PEOPLE like or want. There lies the large pools of money.

      1. Pick a product that you believe in. Don't just sell something to sell it.

      2. Use the product. Be able to speak intelligently about it. Write an in depth
      review.

      3. Offer incentives to prospects to buy from you and not from some other
      affiliate or the main site itself.

      4. Make sure you have a professional looking web presence for promoting the
      product.

      5. Don't expect results overnight.

        You can always do a forum research, it could take couple of hours to
        get well informed about how to start making money from affiliate marketing.
        Like Steven say "don't expect results overnight". if you don't start seeing result
        don't give up or drop it for another shinning method. Hope this helps.

      Also, never forget the difference between what you believe to BE viable and somehting that you like that you WANT to be viable.

      Example:

      1. I dont like Justin Bieber.
      2. I do know however that he is a cash-cow and generates massive profits.
