Any New Good Ways/Companies to Monetize My Site?

I haven't been active in IM community for about a year.

I have a pornography addiction recovery site: How to Stop Porn Addiction - Free Help Overcoming Pornography and I've had a really good affiliate relationship with a sponsor, where I was making about $800 per month, without having to hard sell anything to my visitors, purely from my advertisement banner and some links in my articles.

But now this sponsor has changed their payment plan, so my earnings went down to about $50 per month. Between hosting and email systems, I end up barely breaking even from all of my revenue sources at about $100 a month (this sponsor + adsense + donations).

The site is pretty popular within the niche, it is on a first page of google for a number of competitive keywords, and it gets about 1000 visitors per day out of which about 300 stay on the site for more than 4 minutes.

I was wondering if there is anything else I can do to monetize this site? Perhaps some new companies (or good old ones of whom I haven't heard yet) that you can recommend?

I also must add, that while I do want to get compensated for expenses (including my time) that I invest in this site, it was built with intention to help people free of charge. So I am only interested in monetization techniques that would not interfere with this premise. For example I offer a free recovery book to my visitors, and I intend to keep it free, even if I have to pay for everything out of my own pocket. But I would rather make a profit

    Perhaps recreate the product your previous sponsor was selling as your own or from a new/different company of yours? The best money is always having your own products to sell.

      Thanks, it's a great advise. The old sponsor was a company called Candeo – Sexual Addiction Recovery and I just can't compete with their product, even if I wanted to. They have a full blown video course with enough material for 3 months or so, created with two Ph.D's. It's just way out of my league. Plus I am not qualified at all to speak on the subject, other than my personal experience.

      Ont top of that I already am giving away my best stuff for free, I just don't know more to stuff to make it into a separate product.

      So I am really just looking for secondary opportunities, other than making my own product.

    I second Jesse's comment - why not just create your own product?

    With 1000 visits a day, you should be able to convert 20 sales a day - 600 a month -

    that should yield a whole lot more than you were making before!!!

    It doesn't have to be a lot of work -

    Just create the product, write a sales letter, drive traffic on the page to the sales letter -

    then if you want to take it to the next level, add in a 7 day AR series - to double sales again
