A few questions about clickbank..

Firstly, would it be against their TOS to make your own advertisements that link to their sale/squeeze page? By this I mean, can I use my own images, add my own text (as long as it wasn't misleading) to their sale page?

Also, is there a script where I can keep several of my clickbank products that I'm promoting in rotation? Like a script that randomly chooses between 4 of the products with an add/imagelink ?

Thanks

    No.

It isn't "their sales page", really: it's the vendor's sales page, and it's hosted on the vendor's own site. Only the payment page is hosted by ClickBank.

They wouldn't normally look at the page from which an affiliate is linking to a vendor's sales page.

    Don't know this one, sorry.

You appreciate that ClickBank products are typically sold to list subscribers, with whom you've built (by email) a relationship based on credibility and trust? Does this help ... http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7080188 ?

Nah you're good here. There are many people online who link their sales button to the Clickbank purchase page. So yeah, you can use your own images and add your own text on your website to help promote your affiliate products.

If the product is not your own product then you should not include your own image. I think that you need to include your own image only when the product is yours. That would be trademark as well.

Use different script according to your products. This is not a good idea if you use script randomly.

      Why?

      Do you mean "copyright"?

If it's your image, then you own the copyright, don't you?

I can see that you wouldn't want to use an image to which the vendor owns the copyright without permission, but permission would normally be given for that, I think?
