What do you think is the best script for a digital product storefront

I'm going to make a site shortly that will sell multiple digital products.

It needs to have a shopping cart (i.e. pick and choose several products) ability. I also want to offer an affiliate platform.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good script for the storefront?

And on the affiliate side, I have even seen people do this with Clickbank but this is not a very elegant solution and there is also no shopping cart ability.
