Don't tell absurd things. This forum is not for spammers. You are carrying a good signature and you don't even know about what to do with Bing? Don't do this in this forum. otherwise you will be banned dude.

You could promote CPA offers. Find a CPA offer which has fairly low CPC then send traffic to a landing page with a detailed pre-sell. Don't just rush into though or $150 can go quickly.

Use it for your website. If you don't have a website, you can use it with cpa offers as cooler1 says. If not then you can sell your $150 voucher, that is if it's a voucher that you have.

How about start a business - then use the $150 to advertise it...hmmmm

Just because you have money to market something doesn't mean that you throw it away - if you want to be an entrepreneur, then think like one...find a hungry market, find demand, position a product or service into that demand and THEN...market it.

    Just be careful.
Here is my recent experience with Bing Ads:
A few days ago i was working with Microsoft Advertising Network (Bing Ads). Firstly I begun making direct linking to a Weight Loss niche site meanwhile I was building my landing page.
I set $20 daily budget which had been almost fully consumed by clicks with no conversions so I paused the campaign.
Next day (after my $20 blew away) I received an email from Microsoft Advertising Team stating:
"I looked at the Vendor's website and it appears to be a low quality site. Websites like these need to have original content".
I must point out that Alexa ranked the Vendor's website like this:

    Worldwide Traffic Rank: 4,701
    US Traffic Rank: 3,200
    Sites Linking in: 1,992

According to this it seems that the Vendor's site has a good ranking out there.
Anyway I sent to them my LP for their review and their answer was:
"Unfortunately your landing website appears to be a portal to the Vendor's site. Original content will need to reside on the main website (my LP!). Also, once inside the the Vendor's site, when you try to quit, the following page has a pop-up on exit. Pop ups are not allowed either."

Is Bing Ads repeating the G. Adwords syndrome? (I've been there...and never return)
I'm don't want to fill up my LP with a lot of stuff. All the content is in the Vendor's site (articles, testimonials, videos, FAQs, etc)
Mine is just a simple Landing Page with an image and a few bullet points.
Just like Google, it seems they don't like Affiliates.

Interesting - I was thinking I would start advertising with Bing after being savaged by Google a few years ago. But if Bing are going down the same path as Google then I am going to have second thoughts.

Google call affiliate landing pages bridge pages and from what the previous poster says - it sounds like Bing don't like bridge pages either.
