WordPress Widget Help Please?

Hi

I am looking for a widget code for a contact form or a pluggin that i can copy the code into a widget to appear on my homepage of my wordpress theme?

I need it to be simple for customers to put name, tel number, email in so i can contact them. Short and sweet. I can find anything apart from long winded contact forms but when i save it and load up the homepage, the code itself shows up and not the form in the widget?

Help is hugely appreciated. Or even a 'contact us' button that can go in a widget?

Just like "imarkedy" said. Contact form 7 is perfect for you, unless you want something better looking. I would go with Gravity Form, WordPress Forms - Gravity Forms Contact Form Builder and Lead Data Management Plugin For WordPress.

  Yes I agree Contact 7 is great. Use a captcha code or the robots will eventually get you loads of spam.

Ian, I may be the fourth person to recommend Contact 7 form but I would still do if this will help you believe that there's a lot of us using that widget. I am not affiliated to that plugin, however. You can actually search on Google until you find one that may suit your taste in terms of widget features. That's what I personally do. I ask people here in the Warrior Forum and I try things on my own. Seeing and experiencing it is way better than just listening/reading it.
