Hello, Im a newbie in internet marketing and I did this site:

Now my question is, how I can promote this in a good and effective way and how I can earn something with this site.

Can you give me some advise what I could have done better?

How can I get some traffic on that site?

    I'd say it needs a tagline or a one line explanation of the site.

    ok, first of all: it's not clear what the site is about!
    What is your niche? What's your focus?

    Now, it looks like a pinterest lookalike site that has no title, no headline or no explanation, no sub form....nothing.
    I would start by adding that and move from there.

    Ok, good.

    As soon as you made the changes I suggested, I would find some products to promote and/or put adsense on your website.

    There also people that are using content locking plugins and scipts.

    I'd also, maybe, reconsider the domain name. I clicked with trepidation thinking it might be a p*** site.
