Do you know which software Rich Schefren uses for this?

Two different things entirely.....Mind Mapping is assembling your knowledge into a manageable structure. Process Mapping is building a sequencing of actions in order.

Some programs can do both but the "good" programs focus on one or the other.

For instance, MindJet is excellent for Mind Mapping whereas Visio and SmartDraw are excellent for Process Mapping.

So far I am thinking Brad is using Visio because of the special effects like shadows and box shading that is being used.

Never mind I figured it out... I took the Smart Draw for a test run and it's definitely it. A ton of options too.

He uses Smart Draw, which is what I'm using as well. I think it's a great program, but doesn't have some of the usability that Mindjet does even though it's more aesthetically pleasing.

Hey it's Brad Semp......finally back to the WF after a long hiatus.

Our Cashmaps are actually built in MS Visio and then custom designed by my team.

SmartDraw is an excellent program which is about the same price and functionality as Visio.

I'll definitely second Brad's comment about how different mond mapping and process mapping are - I've tried to use mindmanager for process and it's impossible (at least for me).

I've used Viseo in the past, in B school. Wonder why I don't have it anymore.
