Big Launch Advice with Many Products

Hi All

I've been a member for a number of years and have learned a lot from everyone here. I also have bought thousands of dollars in WSO's every year to understand internet marketing. I now come to a point where the rubber is going to meet the road and I would like the advice of this great group on the best way to proceed. l'll be documenting my process so I can make a blueprint of what I've done and give it away on this forum as my contribution to others that may be in the same situation.

Here's the scenario: There are 3 of us in a partnership. One is a professional online and offline artist who will be making cover art and illustrations for pdf's, ebooks, audio and video products. The second one is a doctor and the owner of the products which are audio, video and transcripts of seminars that were held annually for 5 years with a total of about 200 different presenters and amassing around 1200 multimedia products. It's in the health, fitness, medical, rehabilitation and sports fields. Everything from bodybuilding, powerlifting, world's strongest man competitions, with the top men and women athletes in the world, to the top trainers for people like Lance Armstrong, Ben Johnson and many other top athletes, to the diet guru's like zone diets Dr Barry Sears, Dr Mauro DiPasquale, Udo Erasmus, plus many more and some of the top medical. chiropractic, rehabilitation and professors in the world. Myself, I'm in charge of setting up the websites, product loading, traffics generation and all the online activities. We are using the Infusionsoft program as the process system and have 75 domains and 4 different reseller hosting accounts to upload it all to.

This post is already longer than I thought it would be, but I wanted to give you an idea of how large this project is in scale and with the amount of products and content at our fingertips.

Here's what I would like some advice on: would it be best to do a site with each product and use opt-in and/or salespage to a main page of continually growing products and build a list with each category field. Or would a membership site be a better option? Basically I'm looking at how to proceed right now without too much experimenting on different ways I could do it. I'd like to get a start on the right track and build a template or modules of sorts so I can use it to follow the blueprint through for all the different products the same way and document it. How would I best start?

The help would be of tremendous help to us so we can start right away and not get overwhelmed. The documenting I think would help members of the forum with product launches of their own.
