Best Paid Traffic Sources for Dating Niche?

Hey everybody,

Wanted to get your guys' opinion on the best paid traffic sources that you've have had success with in the dating niche with clickbank products/eBooks? I wanted to do solo ads first but haven't really seen an already made solo ad/ezine list directory for that niche. So I'm pretty much stuck with the manual way of Googling for that. Very easy to get solo ads for the IM niche though ofcourse. Right now, I'm working with Clicksor, about to get started with ads on POF, and adBrite.

Plenty of fish is the one thats thrown around the most by those in the dating niche. You can also try Facebook if you have a small niche to work with.

    1. create a cool video for youtube and use the youtube ppc or cpm platform the same as the guy that does the six pack shortcuts video

    2. use traditional ppc but on the smaller platform such as 7 search etc stay away from google

    3. try and find some solo ads if you can`t then go to google and search using your main keywords and find sites that are building lists and then contact them asking if you can buy an ad going to there email list. I did a thread about it here - http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ing-niche.html

    4. check out plenty of fish for lazer targeted traffic, and a lot of it

Thanks a lot guys, and thanks Paul for the suggestions as well like using the smaller PPCs like 7Search. Do you guys know which PPC companies that actually welcome landing pages? Google and Bing ofcourse don't like them or affiliates at all.

I'm amazed at the targeting of POF. Wow.

One of my buddies dabbled with CL's dating section. He's had tons of success that route, but CL has really cracked down last time I heard from him. He's still making substantial income from it, but the entry to having something setup like he does will cost you.

BTW the above mentioned is not paid, just a good way to get traffic.

Craigslist is a kingdom of traffic. But a newbie won't crack the gray w4m area without bots on both ends (posting and replying) and other "things" that a beginner's mind won't be able to grasp.

Getting space on dating related forums and blogs would also help a lot but forums or blog should be too active.

Does anybody find it hard as hell to get an ad approved in the dating niche on POF though? I keep getting rejected left and right for my ads. I haven't had one approved ad. They're super picky.

    apparently everyone's a mindreader and psychic. :-)

unfortunately, NO ONE can give you the answer you're looking for.

It depends... on your ads, the offer, the traffic source, the funnel within the offer.

You gotta get off your rear end, stop being scared (and lazy) and throw some skin in the game.

Test everything with your own ads, banners.

thats the *only* way you're going to get your answer. :-)

Thanks Dave, what worked for you? I'm doing my own testing. I just wanted to get other's opinions that have already been through it and had success. Finding out what has already been successful, tried, and tested at what I'm trying to do could save a huge amount of time, trial and error.

    hard work.

    tracking and testing.

the trial and error is where the money is made.

    your mindset is completely wrong.

    dont be scared.

    get to work. :-)

lol I'm not scared. Never scared of hard work either. Like I said I've already done a lot of testing. Mostly in the money making niche though, but not the dating niche, so that's why I was asking for advice. I was always told to not only work hard but work smart and if possible to have mentors and learn from people who've already succeeded in what you're trying to do . I know there's no shortcuts to success. But yea, I got some good ideas up my sleeve though so I'm back to work like you said. Thanks for your advice. If you need a protege' that you're willing to work with let me know!

cool cool.... ya each niche is somewhat different and its own beast... what works in one might (or might not) work in another....

if you keep tracking your ads, and are smart with it, you can do well... its just finding the right combination of traffic source > ad > offer

thats where all the hard work is, if you can nail this, you're set

Plenty of fish, and lots of testing, and then upscale your winning campains.

By the by I have friend here in OZ that does CPA, CPV, and POF ads, and makes $400 a day. He showed me his highest converting ones....pink in your face banner, that looks like a 5 year old designed it in photoshop.

LOL. So make your banners, and ads stick out and ugly as hell. Might sound silly, but thjis does work.

Perhaps try posting in dating and relationship forums. Sharing useful tips & information with people that are in the market to build a relationship should generate you a good amount of traffic.

    Hey,

Recently, I was able to make some sales with a CB dating offer being run on POF ads network. I tested a small picture ad, and it actually converted very well.

This audience is very relevant to any dating offers so I would highly recommend this traffic for those kinds of offers.

    Hope this helps!
