Evening WF,

I have been seeing a load of new threads for the newbies... Yes I am new to the forums but have been working on social media/interactive website based internet marketing. I am encouraged by the environment of WF and the potential of the community and what is accomplished every day. However I do not want to fire off a bunch of things and be misguided... or misguide anyone etc.

I am excited about the potential but want professional views outside of my office. I have a great think tank group of folks who work for me but we are in the trenches and I usually do most of the birds eye view. We have testing already running on a dozen or so clients and hope to do well. We also price ourselves low enough to enable mass sales vs a few big "fish". (even other smm companies are buying).

My concept covers a few ranges but focuses almost entirely around list building through Facebook. We utilize a large range of systems, hosting, licenses etc ($1,000/mo + overhead at least which is covered by other services in business already).

We work with businesses and develop "Contest" related applications that work via mobile, desktop etc and can be embedded on websites. We utilize the app's to act as incentive list building app's. We just had an example that started Monday. The fan page grew by 2,500 fans in 48 hours and the email list grew by 1200 for the client now use.

We are figuring on 2 levels of service for the social media side push.

1. The entrance price: I work with the business after some direct messaging and cold calling I offer a $20 entrance rate for the care/management of the social platforms they currently have and build a large amount of custom app's if necessary.
2. Premium Package: We use this as the take all package with complete management and then build our "custom apps" with our "Contest" applications being the bread and butter. We are probably sitting around $100-200/mo per client.

I am hoping that we can see a large benefit with the contests and then develop into the squeeze pages, opt-ins etc. We are targeting fan pages from 150-20,000 fans. Contact them then continue with a cold call pitch.

I am hoping to get some great WSO's/JV/Affiliate together with editable case studies and all the rest for those who would want to try or we could support. It all depends on where this would fall.

My hook: We are already covering the huge overhead and time into all the different aspects of what we are using and can provide the service at its core to re-sellers, affiliates and other businesses at a fraction of the cost with good flexibility and live support.

Is this old news, outlandish or something that might actually work?

I have many other things I add to this as a complete package and after months of videos, webinars, application training's etc we moved into this type of model (if you want to call it that). There are many other aspects to this but I wanted to cut straight to the pitch and service.

Thanks for your time and opinions (brutal and favorable are both greatly appreciated!).
