Is it possible to get 4.000 targeted visitors with $200?

It's a bit hard to say without knowing more about what you're trying to sell, but there are a number of ways to get lots of targeted traffic if you're willing to spend a couple of hundred dollars.

For this to work, though, you need to have a very targeted offer that is VERY appealing to your target audience.

And you should also have a landing page with a totally irresistible offer that converts very well.

If you have all this, then you might try some of the following, or a combination:

Press release at PRLog.org (upgrade for $50) and if possible, try to get the exclusive rider. I have had some good result with the paid versions, and in one case got some 1,500 visitors to a website.

Facebook ads (I don't know much about those, but understand that these are very reasonably priced).

YouTube videos (try to make them viral).

Oh, and of course you could invest in a no-brainer WSO and maybe a bump or two... provided it works for your niche.

And if you can find affiliates with big lists... ;-)

If you do several of those, should be able to get those visitors within your deadline. Of course, it's still up to you to make them buy...

You can get a lot more than 4000 real targeted visitors for $200. Don't pay that much for traffic. You can buy traffic for far less than that at a lot of sites that sell traffic.

Just do a little research and read reviews about sites that sell traffic.

By the way you can get cheap targeted traffic at places like ity.im and adbrite.

This kind of traffic might not convert as well as many other methods but the traffic is very cheap so will be getting a lot more than 4000 visitors.

But if it's "popular" keywords with a lot of bidders, it's difficult to get impressions because you won't rank amoung the top-3 ads if you bid only $0.01.

It depends. If you're referring to PPC, I don't think anyone can give you a specific answer. It depends on your keywords, how much you're willing to bid and which PPC platform you're using.

In my opinion, you don't even have to spend a single dime to gain targeted traffic.

What I can suggest to you is write guest post to related blogs which are already doing well. Contact the owner of the blog and ask for permission. Write a extremely good quality post and have link back to your site <-- it's free but it takes commitment and time.
