I have started my membership site 3 and half years ago2 and half years ago I sell it through clickbank.Till this month I have sold 0 memberships to my site.Procedure is that a person registers and pays, and then I approve this person as subscriber.
This month I got first sale.I would not know because clickbank did not inform, but I got email from the person who paid that whether I am going to approve her account or she will ask for refund. On one hand I was very glad for first sale, and angry at clickbank because they did not inform about the payment.
Does clickbank become too lazy, and would be more fiendly alternative?

P.S.I read that one has to have 5 payments, and one of them has to be fwith specific credit card before clickbank pays to a vendor!!!

I don't understand what's happened. Either the payment is showing in your ClickBank account (in which case you can see the details), or it isn't (in which case perhaps this person thinks they paid but didn't really)?

To a vendor or to an affiliate, yes. You refer to the customer distribution requirement. Details here (very top of the page, from this link): Accounting Policy - ClickBank

Briefly, excluding "European Direct Debit" (which almost nobody uses), you need 5 credit-card payments, at least one of which must be Visa and at least one MasterCard, before they release your money.

Congrats on your first sale. Don't quit now. Go get affiliates and ramp it up.

You may need to update you account options. They can send you an email everytime you get a sale.

Also, yes you need 5 credit card sales to lift that restriction. Also, you cannot use direct deposit until you qualify for at least 1 check.
