Domain Pricing

Got a group of domains transferred from a friend. Some good ones to sell, bbut one in particular I really have no idea how to price. Loveauthority.net. the. Com is going for 75 grand. What would you assume the. Net .co .info would be worth in a bundle?

      Thanks for the info, I was considering selling a site a buddy and I run and had no idea how pricing works out. With traditional business its 5 years earnings but I imagined it wasn't the same for web stuff. THanks for the info

      k, if its just a domain, its like taking a shot in the dark...

      monetize it first to get the most out of it... or you'd be lucky to get double what you paid for the domain

    If only the domain, I would sell it for 3 months income. Full site 9-12 months income.

    Honestly, all above replies have been useless. Assuming the dot com isn't a website either, and if it is still worth 75k then .net should cost around 5-10k and .org around 3-10k.

    However individual buyers may pay a lot more or lot less.

    To clear it up, good domains don't sell based on their current earnings.

    Contact a good domainer, hang around dnforum and contact Adam.
